Evolve360 is above all the story of a passion for people in all their forms. But it is also a personal story, that of its founder Simone, of her self-learning, the discovery of her own strengths and weaknesses, of her exchanges and encounters with exceptional people and her in-depth experience of more than 25 years in the fields of personal and organisational development, human resources and communication.​

I have more than 25 years of experience
in management positions in the fields of human resources & communication in national and international environments in the industry, banking and services sectors and I am a passionate sportswoman (15 years of active basketball practice among others in the Luxembourg national youth team).
​
Thanks to my language skills (Lux, Fr, Ger, Eng, Ita), I have worked in national and international companies, SMEs and large groups, and I have accompanied many strategic, IT and organisational change projects, which has allowed me to acquire a deep knowledge of the world of industry and services.
